Terms of service

Rad Frames is a privately owned design and development studio based in Rome, Italy. We build custom websites, web applications, and digital products. Services are provided on a project basis, with scope, deliverables, and pricing agreed in writing before any work begins.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy or redistribute — any content from this site without prior written permission from Rad Frames.
• Represent us — as affiliated with your business or project without explicit written consent.

All client engagements are governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These terms apply to general use of the website and do not supersede project-specific agreements.

We reserve the right to decline any project or discontinue a service relationship that conflicts with our values or legal obligations.

• Client ownership — Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom work produced specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Our portfolio right — We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
• Third-party assets — Any third-party libraries, fonts, or stock assets incorporated into your project are subject to their respective licences, which we will document at handover.

Payment schedules and methods are defined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, work does not begin until a deposit is received. Final deliverables are not released until full payment is confirmed.

Late payments may result in work being paused. Rad Frames is not liable for delays caused by late payment.

We treat all project-related information you share with us as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery calls if your project requires it.

Rad Frames provides services in good faith and to a professional standard. However, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Third-party service failures — including hosting providers, payment processors, or APIs.
• Results or outcomes — we cannot guarantee specific business results from design or development work.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

This website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
